IULI Establishes Potential Culinary Collaboration

On Tuesday, 4 October 2016, the Dean of Business and Social Sciences, Dr. Samuel Prasetya, and the Head of the Hotel and Tourism Management Study Program, Chef Timotius Agus Rachmat, SST. M.M., (or popularly known as “Temmy”), visited TuPan Bistro (PT. Tutup Panci Indonesia) in Bumi Serpong Damai to evaluate the potential of culinary collaboration with IULI’s Hotel and Tourism Management Study Program.

This collaboration between IULI’s Hotel and Tourism Management Study Program and TuPan Bistro will enable IULI’s students to extend their practical knowledge of the industry. “We are looking forward to working together with IULI to broaden student knowledge through real life experience,” said Mr. Aditya, one of the owners of TuPan Bistro.
