Six IULI students majoring in International Relations, Aluna Khansa, Nanda Vima Tasha, Andrea Jane, Aditya Kusuma Putra, Faiq Faishal and Arvina Wahyuningsih, participated in JAVA Model of United Nations. The event was held in Grand Serpong Hotel, Tangerang, from 16 to 18 May, 2016.
“Though those students are still in semester 2, and this was their first experience, we should be glad that they were able to participate,” said Dr. Samuel Prasetya, the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences.
This event required them to previously prepare essays, perform debates and defend their positions against students from various universities across Indonesia and from higher semesters. The essays were prepared under the direct supervision of Ben Laksana, M.Ed, Head of International Relations in IULI.
Congratulation to Aluna, Nanda, Andrea, Aditya, Faiq, and Arvina for participating in such an event. Congratulations to Aluna Khansa whose paper was selected as 2nd best for approximately 100 participants, mostly from higher semester.
