Reduction of Semester fees through EARLY BIRD Program (November 2020 – May 2021)
- 30% deduction of Semester Fee for payment by 31 December 2020
- 25% deduction of Semester Fee for payment by 31 January 2021
- 20% deduction of Semester Fee for payment by 28 February 2021
- 15% deduction of Semester Fee for payment by 31 March 2021
- 10% deduction of Semester Fee for payment by 30 April 2021
- 5% deduction of Semester Fee for payment by 31 May 2021

- Orientation Program (one time payment for the 1st semester)
- English Preparation Course Fee (EPC). EPC is only compulsory for students who require extra English help before joining IULI.

- Short semester fee
- Visas, travel expenses, accommodation and living expenses abroad or within the country, during the study/research/practical work period which is likely to start in semester 7

- Additional fees that will apply while studying at IULI International Partner Universities
Refund policy
The tuition fee is refundable if the students get accepted and are registered in one of the 9 state universities as follows: UI, ITB, UNPAD, UGM, UNDIP, ITS, IPB, UNAIR and UNIBRAW, through the regular selection process as approved by Kemenristikekdikti (Jalur undangan, SNMPTN & SBMPTN). This applies only for the National Degree Program.
The administration charge is IDR 5 million

50% semester fee discount for the second student of the whole period both students are matriculated
